Travel Rules & Regulations

To ensure a smooth, safe and comfortable journey for all guests, Narayan Tour & Travels follows certain travel rules and regulations. We request all travellers to kindly read the guidelines below:

  • Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the advance amount.
  • Pickup and drop timings must be respected to avoid delays.
  • No smoking, drinking or illegal activities allowed in the vehicle.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • Any additional sightseeing or route change will be chargeable.
  • Toll gate charges, parking fees and entry tickets are extra unless mentioned.
  • If the vehicle is detained beyond the scheduled time, extra charges will apply.
  • Damage caused to vehicle interiors due to negligence must be compensated.
  • In case of bad weather, traffic or natural delays, no compensation is applicable.
  • Driver’s decision will be final regarding road safety and travel routes.
  • Night travel is subject to road conditions and driver comfort.
